4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Quoted prices for supply and services are valid for the period stated in the quotation and may be subject to change if materials or labour costs change.
4.2 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all payments should be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
4.3 Payment terms (advance, milestone payments, final settlement) will be as per the contract. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services, delay in delivery or cancellation.
5. Delivery & Installation
5.1 Delivery schedules and installation timelines are estimates only and may be impacted by external factors (e.g., weather, site conditions, supply chain delays).
5.2 You must ensure that access, site readiness and other prerequisites are fulfilled on time. Any delay caused by you may incur additional costs or rescheduling.
5.3 Title and risk of loss for goods passes to you upon delivery to your site or as specified in the contract.
6. Warranty & Maintenance
6.1 Products and installations may carry manufacturer or Company warranties as specified in the contract or documentation.
6.2 Warranty claims do not cover damage due to misuse, negligence, alteration, improper installation by third parties, normal wear and tear, or changes to site conditions after installation.
6.3 Maintenance services, if offered, will be subject to separate terms and charges.
7. Intellectual Property
